Unfortunately, my stay at Golden Tulip Downtown Abu Dhabi was less than ideal. While the location was great, near shops and the Corniche, I faced significant issues with cleanliness and service that overshadowed my experience. The staff varied in their helpfulness, but I can't ignore the problems with my room and the front desk's organization.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The carpets were stained, and I even found an open pack of condoms under the bedside table. There was a significant noise issue with connecting rooms, which required me to switch to another room that was just as unclean.

It took an excessive amount of time for my friends and me to check in due to booking errors, and despite requests for extra amenities, they often arrived late or not at all.
